SHIPPING TERMS
With the change in the US Postal System's priority mail to zoned delivery, it is difficult to estimate your mailing address destination costs since each book is different in size and weight. We will advise you before an order is completed if the shipping will be more or less than the estimate. We will get your permission before any action is taken. We appreciate your patience in this matter but we want to get you the fairest deal on shipping.
CUSTOMER ASSURANCES
We take our responsibility to our customers quite seriously. We will contact you shortly after the order is placed to confirm availability and advise you of shipping date. We ship promptly within receipt of order and the dates for shipment pertain to how quickly the post office will get the book to you once it leaves us.
We do not share confidential customer information with anyone. Not anyone, not ever. Once your credit card is processed, that number is deleted from the website. We will never process any charges after the transaction has concluded.
