The covers are near fine with only light shelfwear, the contents are clean, unmarked, and in fine condition. Book measures approximately 12 by 12 inches, number 352 of a Limited Edition of 500 copies as noted on the free front endpaper by Dooley in his handwritten note and gift inscription to the former owner, includes an extra laid in color print signed and marked as 352 of 500. Wonderful wildlife art that includes 20 color plates (most full page) and 27 black and white sketches by the artist as well as a biography, a look at the artist at work, and a catlaogue and bibliography. The color plates are superb reproductions that show the beauty and grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. Many of the sketches focus on the wildlife of the area and some of the settlers and others who came to live in this land.
